My visit to the Museum Of Computers

My friends and I  disassemble and assemble a computer and it took us a while to disassemble it due to the computer's condition as it is very old and some part were hard to take out. when we finally took all the part out, we had to learn what is all the part that we took out and its function. We had too google because some part is not familiar to us. Some of the parts are the cpu or known as the processor, ram of random access memory and the video card or known as graphics card. Once we label all the part and show it to the teacher, we were corrected as some part is labelled wrongly. After every part of the computer is labelled correctly, we had to put back all the parts and it was a bit tough due to us not knowing  where the wires go as there is a lot of it and had no label to where the wires have to go. As we are done with putting back the parts, we close the PC and put it back from where we took it and wait for teacher's next instructions.

System Unit System unit (chassis) is a set of electronic components of a computer that provides the proper its operating. There are six main system unit components: Motherboard  – a system core. Actually, it is a heart of computer. Other system elements are connected to motherboard, and the whole system is managed and controlled by it. Motherboard contains special chips on which some ICs (Integrated circuits) are etched. Processor  – a computer engine, its brain. CPU (central processing unit) manages most of computer operations. Processors can be with pins or pin-less. It contains a control unit and a logic unit. RAM  (random access memory) – primarily memory. It storages all data processed by programs and apps on the computer. There are dynamic and static RAMs. Hard Drive  – a system memory that storages data in a form of archives. Here all our files, folders, operating system, programs, and applications are saved. Hard driver can be of two type: PATA (Parallel Attachme
